The iPass Support Team is here to help you with any questions or issues you may have on implementation of our SDK in your application.


You can contact support in one of three ways:

  1. Admins on the account can log into the iPass Admin Portal and log a ticket. You can also track the status on your ticket(s) there.
  2. Authorized users on the account can use this form (right). However, currently there is no status tracking available on this site. Also, you will need to know your Account ID to complete the form. That number is included in the Welcome Kit email you or your Account Admin received when you purchased the SDK.
  3. Authorized users on the account can reach out to the Sales Engineer assigned to your account.
